Bardown Farm is a traditional grassland High Weald Farm with sheep, cows and free-range pigs. There are 60 acres of gently rolling meadows and 30 acres of ancient woodland with streams and ponds, nesting boxes in the trees and masses of primroses and bluebells in the spring. We have an old Roman Road called “Picadilly” that passes down through the farmyard and the woods and leads to Stonegate station.

Bardown Farm is situated at the top of a valley in the heart of the Sussex High Weald - an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. From the cottages and the pool there are magnificent panoramic views - not a single modern pylon or road spoils the view!

There is lots to see at Bardown Farm - We lamb at the end of March / beginning of April. This is a very busy time and any help is greatly appreciated!
